Laugh, Love, Live!
Are you young and have had a stroke? If so, consider joining our informal support group for stroke survivors under the age of 60 and their families.
Our mission is to support younger people who have had a stroke in any way we can and have fun doing it!
We meet informally once a month, usually for coffee. However during the year we also enjoy mini-golf, movies and sailing on the Glenmore Reservoir.

Did you know that you can't drive post stroke? If you have had a stroke, it is illegal in the province of Alberta for you to drive and your insurance is automatically suspended. You must get assessed by your doc and/or occupational therapist. For more info, check out the Transportation Alberta link.
